When coming from Inverness direction once in the Fortrose High Street, turn left at the Fortrose Cafe.  Follow the road up the hill and onto the single track road.  Once you come through the second lot of woods on BOTH sides of the road you will see a sign for Limekilns Farm, 200 metres.  When you turn onto the road, follow it straight along to the log cabin where I do my therapies.

This is just under 2 Miles from Fortrose High Street.  If you get to the Y junction for Avoch or Killen, you have gone too far.
